Swift will pay $150 each month through tuition reimbursement, in addition the driver will also pay $150 each month for a total payment of $300.00 each month. The loan will be repaid in 13 months and the tuition reimbursement will continue at $150 each month until driver receives $3,900.00.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM OUTSIDE SCHOOLS (All other schools not listed above)

Swift Transportation will reimburse the driver $150.00 per month. Driver will receive tuition reimbursement payment after completion of the Finishing Program. The maximum loan amount reimbursed not to exceed $5,000.00.

The payments of the loan are the driver’s responsibility. Swift will not call the school or finance company if driver loan is past due for any reason.

Swift Transportation will reimburse only the principle portion of any tuition loan. Any interest, penalties or other charges shall be the responsibility of the employee.

Reimbursement of the tuition shall be suspended during the period of time that the employee is on medical leave, personal leave, workers compensation leave, or suspended from driving. Reimbursement of tuition shall resume upon reinstatement of full time active driver status as an employee for Swift Transportation.

Reimbursement ceases to all parties upon termination of employment with Swift Transportation.

The driver will be required to produce a copy of promissory note in order to receive tuition reimbursement.
