Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) February 14, 2005 -- Mobius Security Group LLC, a diversified homeland security solutions provider, announced the successful completion of a recent $1.5 million capital raise which will finance the expansion of Mobius's principal homeland security subsidiaries, including SeaSecure LLC, RailSecure LLC, and EnergySecure LLC.
According to Mobius Chairman Kim E. Petersen, the Company intends to hire additional staff and open additional U.S. offices to aggressively expand operations. The funding will also expedite development of several educational and software products that will soon be launched as part of the company's core homeland security risk assessment and risk mitigation practices.

In a related event, Petersen announced the appointment of John C. Hart to CEO of RailSecure LLC. Hart is the former Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Mayor of the city of North Lauderdale, Florida, and former COO and Executive Vice President of the engineering firm of Keith & Schnars, PA.
