Chester Riley England (CREngland) was established 80 years ago. CR England is one of the nation's largest refrigerated trucking companies in the US and right now they are hiring on the road drivers. No experience is nessessary because they also offer you the possibility to learn offering a training program, which is divided in four sections.
The first sectoin consists of 18 weeks of learning about how to operate trucks. You also will learn the rules and regulations of the DOT, and the paperwork required for a driver. The second part is a 3 day company orientation about policies and procedures, and the third section is hands on practice during which you receive pay. You will be 4 weeks with your instructor learning all the necessary skills to drive the big rigs. In the last phase you will receive your Career Advancement Team) CAT and your training will be complete. After this you have a variety of options: you can become a company driver or look for another company.
Some of the requirements you need to enter in this school-company are: you must be at least 21 years of age, fill the application, possess a valid driver license, pass the DOT physical exam and the obligatory drug screen, and present the social security card.
