TrainCo Truck Driving School trains excellent students with hand-on driving programs plus experienced instructors. This great Truck Driving School program trains students to do jobs like over the road semi, local semi, straight truck and bus driving. The salary expectations of graduate students are between $32,000 to $38,000.
The course is divided in 2 areas: classroom and practical. The classroom covers topics like: CDL Written Test Preparation, CDL Maneuvers, The Five "Seeing" Habits, Coupling and Uncoupling, Urban, Rural and Interstate Driving Skills, Progressive Shifting Logbook Maintenance, Reading and Understanding Road Maps and Stress Management, Road Rage, and Nutrition.
TrainCo has flexible classes throughout the day (days, evenings and weekends). They have different types of services like full programs (Accelerated program, Class B and B Bus, entry level commercial and skid master), seminars (written and speeches).
TrainCo works with many local and regional companies that give jobs to graduate students such as: Dana Corporation, TARTA, Frito-Lay, Luckey Farmers, N.T.B. and Allied Systems.
Their classroom programs have Full Service tractor or trailer training programs, accelerated programs of 40 hours to refresh the skills of experienced students, Class B, a 1 day preparation for CDL tests, Class B Bus which is a 1 day preparation for tests, entry level commercial motor vehicle operation programs for companies that need to meet new federal regulations (physical qualify, driver fatigue, hours of service and whistle blower rules), and Skid Master, an advanced driving program for skid control and recovery.
TrainCo is regulated and certificated by the Ohio Trucking Association.
The classes schedules divide in: Day Class from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Night Classes from Monday to Friday from 5:30 p.m. to11:30 p.m. and Weekend Classes Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
