Coastal Truck Driving School is one of the best truck driving schools in the nation. CTDS offers CDL training, financial support and job placement assistance. The CTDS training takes only four weeks. Divided in classrooms, driving training and the CDL test, you will get a great overall experience. One of the big advantages that you have in CTDS, is that it is approved and authorized by the state of Louisiana to test and renew CDL classes A, B and C licenses. In the classroom, students will learn about DOT rules and regulations, defensive driving, hazardous materials, air brakes and many other things. Then the student will have the opportunity to practice on the training field, where they will learn aspects like: parallel parking, interstate driving, lane changing, hooking and unhooking trailer and much more.
CTDS offers financial aid to all the people that can not pay for the program at once. Some of the requirements you need to get in this school are: a complete admission application, a valid driver license, a social security card, and a DOT physical exam. You must also be at least 21 years old.
